Somehow or another my VVV did not post on Friday, so here it is just a tad late...
We were that super lame married couple who stayed home and watched the Super Bowl in our pajamas. Were we invited to a Super Bowl party? You bet! Were we too tired from one night of going out (on Friday, mind you) to make it to said party? Damn straight we were!
That's OK though, because our 2-person Super Bowl party consisted of chips and Pancho's cheese dip, pigs in a blanket (my family has always called them little weenies but apparently that is weird?), and ice-cold Cokes.
The game, as the entire world knows, was really good and surprisingly kept my attention. Katy Perry's halftime show was epic and I LOST MY MIND when Missy Elliott came in out of nowhere. My mom, on the other hand, was not as sure about good ole' Missy:
