| Proof that Matt attended the event. The black and white hides his most distinguishable feature, so FYI he is the one sporting that dashing white cardigan. |
This event draws in a diverse crowd who are there to enjoy live music and overpriced martinis. This IMAX theater only shows documentary-style IMAX films that are about 40ish minutes in length, so don't come here expecting to get up close and personal with the latest Transformers installment. You can, however, get up close and personal with one of these bad boys:

I hadn't seen an IMAX movie since like the fourth grade, but I am definitely on board for the boozing while watching philosophy that I can partake in as an adult. Matt enjoys it too, so much so that he proceeded to jump out of his seat during a sudden shot of an iguana and spill straight bourbon all over himself. This incident occurred roughly 10 minutes into the film, so there was a nice odor wafting through the air for the duration of the movie. (Oh yeah, we saw a film on the Galapagos Islands - very interesting!)
After the movie we headed to a bar in the Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta called Highland Tap, and this, ladies and gentlemen, is where I saw the MOUSE. Let's be clear - this is a steakhouse where people are actually consuming food. Apparently people can just come in and out of a back door as they please, and during one such instance this mouse (or rat, who knows) saw its opportunity and made a break for it inside and out of the rain. Girls screamed, guys kicked the mouse/rat back out the door, and I decided then and there that I will never return. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the mouse/rat, but I imagine it looked something like this:
On Sunday we ventured over to our local Irish pub, Fado, for Arsenal's FA Cup game. The Gunners pulled out the victory and live to play another day!

| Why hello there, Theo Walcott |
We are laying low this week in preparation for Marge the Party Barge's triumphant arrival in Atlanta on Thursday to celebrate the Atlanta W&L chapter's infamous Lee Party.
This weekend is going to be a full-fledged throwback to the life and times of 4 Frank Parsons Way circa 2007. Look out!
